For over a decade, with her focus on the Integration of Complimentary Healing with Traditional Healthcare, Rickie’s expertise spans across many aspects of healthcare, particularly pain and stress management as well as the reduction of addictive behaviors, anxiety and sleep issues.

Rickie is an active member of the Integrative Medicine Committee of Hershey Medical Center, and teaches Reiki to Nurses and Nursing students in the Harrisburg area.

Join Derek for a cooking 101 class and learn the basics to make your next great meal! In this workshop, you will learn simple techniques and skills, knife cuts, and become more familiar with your kitchen and preparing food. This workshop will guide you on how to utilize your palate to put great tastes together and how to envision and execute that perfect meal.

Derek Ott comes from a culinary background and has been seeking, tasting, and cooking his way around the globe. He has traveled to Ireland, England, Germany, Poland, France and Spain, seeking the ultimate dish and is ready to share his experiences with you! Cooking for over eight years, Derek has been a Sous Chef in Baltimore, and has been at The Healthy Deli for over two years. “Ultimately, I want to teach people how to cook for themselves – it is a lost form of art we have forgotten. In the kitchen, be creative, experiment, and be brave!”
