Located in Brogue, PA, Kookaburra Farm raises grass fed beef on biologically managed grasslands in the Susquehanna Valley. Their Black Angus based herd is fed only high quality forage to complement pastures and natural and organic minerals. A USDA choice, 100% grass fed product year-round and humanely harvested mature animals.
Tonya's Gluten Free Kitchen
is located in Newmanstown. In 2002, Tonya's daughter, Cailie was diagnosed with celiac disease after suffering extreme malnutrition and weight loss. Shortly thereafter, Tonya was also diagnosed with celiac disease. Tonya started learning to bake and cook for a Gluten-Free diet and soon her friends wanted to buy her creations. As demand increased, she opened shop and started selling professionally. Today, Tonya bakes bread, pizza crusts, banana bars, whoopie pies, pumpkin roll and more.
