Karla Browne
Come experience Tai Chi! Tai Chi provides thorough, low-impact training for the entire body. The movements are easily modified, making them suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, from young athletes to older adults to people with chronic illness or disability.  Tai Chi is one of the most popular forms of exercise, practiced by millions of people around the world.

Karla Browne started her daily practice of Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong in 1994. Years of practice and study deepened her connection with these arts and she started teaching in 2005 with a few neighbors. Her teacher is Marc Gotthard, a lifelong martial artist .
