Perfect for this scorching hot weather, these Popsicles cool you down and calm your spirits.
2 Ripe peaches, pitted and chopped
2 Tablespoons maple syrup or honey
1 Cup canned coconut milk
¼ Teaspoon sea salt
½ Teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon raspberry-lemon flavor Natural Calm – a magnesium supplement for relaxation support
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lay peaches flat in one layer and bake for 25-30 minutes or until peaches are tender and juicy.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
In a mixing bowl, add maple syrup, coconut milk, salt, vanilla and Natural Calm. Mix well.
Stir in the cooled peaches and allow to sit for 15 minutes.
Pour into Popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
