DIY: Relaxing Room Spray

This refreshing and calming blend hits the spot after a busy day. Ingredients : 3 oz Lavender Water or Rose Water Distilled Water (or unflavored vodka) 2 drops Sweet Orange Essential Oil 2 drops Sandalwood Precious Essential Oil 2 drops Lavender Essential Oil if using Rose Water or 2 drops of Geranium Essential Oil if using Lavender Water Preparation : Pour the flower water into a 4 oz spray bottle. Add essential oils. Fill bottle with distilled water or vodka. (Vodka helps to maintain the essential oils longer, but is not necessary.) Shake bottle. Use : This blend can be sprayed in the air, on pillows or bed linens. Be sure to test on a corner of fabric and shake before use.

Turmeric Lemonade

Uplifting lemonade made with 5 simple ingredients. There are many different ways you can make turmeric lemonade, but we have chosen the most effective and easiest way. Recipe: 4 servings. Ingredients: 4 cups of cold water. 2 Tbsp of freshly grated or powdered turmeric. 4 Tbsp 100% maple syrup, honey or stevia if you are avoiding sugar. 1 lemon or lime. Juice from 1 (blood) orange (optional) Instructions: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Stir it and serve it with slices of lemon.
