Recipe: Lemon-Mustard Broiled Flounder

Yield 4 servings Ingredients 3 Tbsp lemon juice 2 Tbsp Miso Master Organic Mellow White Miso 1 Tbsp mustard 1 Tbsp organic olive oil ¼ tsp black pepper 4 Flounder filets (about 4 oz each) 4 lemon wedges Instructions Preheat broiler, lightly oil baking sheet and set aside. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Rinse flounder and pat dry. Arrange fillets on baking sheet and spoon half of the sauce evenly over the tops. Broil for 3-4 minutes, or until fish is opaque and can be easily flaked. Do not turn. Place fish on a serving platter, spoon remaining sauce over filets, and garnish with lemon wedges.

Prep: 10 min Bake: 15 min Yields: 16 brownies Ingredients: 1 Foodstirs Chocolate Lovers Brownie Mix 1 large ripe avocado 1/4 cup maca powder 3/4 cup almond milk Directions: Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and spray an 8 inch square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Peel, core and cube the avocado then add to a large mixing bowl. Using an electric hand blender, mix the avocado until smooth then add the maca powder and blend until all incorporated. Recipe: “Zestful” Green Veggies

Ingredients 1 Bunch of kale, Swiss chard, collards, spinach OR 2 Small crowns of broccoli, 2 cups of cut green beans, etc. 2 Cloves of minced garlic 1 Tbs (generous) Simply Ghee 1 Tsp lemon zest 1 Tbs fresh lemon juice Unrefined salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste Instructions Melt 1 tablespoon of ghee over moderate heat. Add the garlic and lightly brown – then add any veggie/greens (pressed for fluid removal) and lightly sauté till coated. Cover to assist in steaming. Tossing a TBS of water in the pan can hasten the process. Once al dente, add the lemon zest and freshly squeezed juice. Toss and when hot remove from pan and serve.
