Wellness Department Manager

$11-$12/hour depending on experience

The Healthy Grocer is hiring a Wellness Department Manager. Work in a fast paced retail environment for a health food store. Responsible for managing a retail staff within a business. Coordinates staff daily operations, stocking, quality control in assigned department, as well as trains staff and provides excellent customer service.

This position is Full Time (40 hours per week) and works Monday - Friday 10:30am-7pm and alternating Saturdays 9:30am-6pm.

This position manages the Wellness Department and will work with customers on finding supplements, researching health and supplement information, and offer excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness and a desire to be a wellness coach to our customers.

This is a permanent, long-term position, and looking for someone who is looking for long term employment and a business to grow within.

​

Candidates must be able to bend, squat, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for long periods of time. Candidates must be comfortable interacting with the public. Candidates must feel comfortable training, instructing, and coaching staff.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail (Min. 1 year)

• Prefer supervisor experience

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work well in teams

Juice Bar Associate & Cook

$9-$10/hour depending on experience

Work in our healthy deli.

Now hiring for a Part Time Juice Bar Associate to work 3-4 days per week 10:30am-7pm and alternating weekends and a Full Time Cook to work 10:30am-7pm with alternating Sundays.

Cashier

$9-$10/hour depending on experience

Work in a fast paced retail environment for a health food store. Cashier to process all cash transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives. Duties and responsibilities of the cashier will include greeting customers when entering or leaving our establishment, maintaining a clean and tidy checkout area and keeping reports of cash and credit transactions, and other stocking projects as assigned.

Now hiring for Cashiers to work weekdays (8:30-5) and weeknights (4-8:30pm) with alternating weekends.

Stock Associate

$10/hour depending on experience

Work in a fast paced Juice Bar for a health food store. The Juice Bar Associate will greet customers, provide excellent customer service, as well as provide quality products meeting special dietary needs and company standards. This is an entry level position.

Shifts: Weekdays 10:30-7pm and/or Weekdays 6:30-3, Alternating Weekends (Saturdays 8am-4:30pm; Sundays 9:30am-6pm)
