Shiitake are great for cooking! Add to chicken or seafood dishes, pasta sauce, soup and omelets.
Quick Tip: Grill with a small amount of oil and salt on and you have a delicious snack!
Maitake Mushrooms

Maitake means “dancing mushroom” in Japanese. Maitake has a rich, savory flavor.
Quick Tip: Only use the caps for cooking. Make sure they are firm and not dry. Maitake can be used in any dish!
Trumpet Mushrooms

Trumpet has a savory flavor and meaty texture. Often used in dishes to substitute meat or wild mushrooms.
Quick Tip: Use in place of white or button mushrooms.
Pom Pom Mushrooms

Besides the great health benefits to these glorious mushrooms, Pom Pom’s are great for cooking.
Quick Tip: Slow cook them with a small amount of water. Cover them, stirring every minute or so. Add seasonings at the end, since they give off a lot of water.
