Sassy Southwestern Omelet

  • 6 eggs

  • 2 teaspoons TorchBearer Sauces #7 Sultry Hot Sauce

  • 2 Tablespoons of milk

  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped

  • 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped

  • 2 Tablespoons butter

  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  1. Mix eggs, #7 Sultry Sauce, milk, onion and green pepper.

  2. Melt butter over medium heat in a skillet, and pour egg mixture into the pan.

  3. As the egg cooks, lift up the edges and tilt the pan to let the un-cooked egg slide underneath.

  4. When the eggs are set yet still wet-looking, sprinkle half of the cheese and fold the omelet in half.

  5. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
