Turmeric Lemonade

Uplifting lemonade made with 5 simple ingredients. There are many different ways you can make turmeric lemonade, but we have chosen the most effective and easiest way.

Recipe: 4 servings.


  • 4 cups of cold water.

  • 2 Tbsp of freshly grated or powdered turmeric.

  • 4 Tbsp 100% maple syrup, honey or stevia if you are avoiding sugar.

  • 1 lemon or lime.

  • Juice from 1 (blood) orange (optional)


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Stir it and serve it with slices of lemon.
