8 Simple Ways to Enjoy Avocados

Avocado Toast

Mash avocado and mix with salt and pepper.

Guacamole
Homemade guacamole can be great as an appetizer with organic vegetables, spread on a sandwich, or your next movie or game snack.
In a food processor, combine 2 avocados, 1 small onion, 1 garlic clove, 1 tomato, squeeze 1 lime, salt and pepper to taste.

Avocado Hummus
If you love making your own hummus, try adding some avocado to your next batch.
Prepare all ingredients for your regular flavored hummus as you would regularly make it.
Add 1 avocado, 1/4 cup lime juice, 1/4 teaspoon cumin.
Blend all ingredients. Serve!

Avocado Mousse

Mix avocado, coconut milk, cocoa powder, local honey, and vanilla extract in a blender until desired consistency and flavor.
Serve cold.
3 Step Smoothie
Cut bananas and avocado. Freeze.
In a blender, mix frozen bananas, frozen avocado slices, and coconut milk.
Blend and enjoy!
Huevos Rancheros Breakfast Sandwich
Mash avocado and mix with salt and pepper.
Spread onto both sides of english muffin.
On the bottom slice, add warmed refried beans.
Add organic egg cooked over-easy (or Vegan Egg Substitute).
Top with salsa.
Cilantro Avocado Dressing
In a blender, mix 1 avocado, several stems of cilantro, lime juice, sea salt, garlic clove, pepper, water, and cashews (if desired).

Tomato Avocado Burger
In a food processor, mix Greek Gods Greek Yogurt, Avocado, Mayo (try Chosen Foods Paleo Mayo or Earth Balance vegan Mindful Mayo), and Cumin.
Slice firm tomato in half, remove seeds and membrane.
Spread avocado sauce on both sides of tomato.
Top with organic sprouts.
