Recipe: Courtney’s Chaga Miso Soup


  • 2 cups water

  • 1 packet of Chaga Elixir

  • 1 tsp miso paste

  • 1 cup fresh spinach

  • 2 tbsp sliced green onions


  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, then remove from heat.

  2. Add in the chaga and miso, and stir well.

  3. Then fold in a handful of fresh spinach and sliced green onions.

  4. Let steep for a few minutes, then Enjoy!
