Beat the Heat Recipe: Cherry Chaga Pops


Summer's not over yet! We may be back to school, but the temps are still high and holding strong.

I am a huge fan of adding Om Mushroom Powders to coffee (Immune powder everyday!) and tea, but what about those summer days when hot beverages are a no-go and you need something refreshing and cool? Om Mushroom's Cherry Chaga Popsicles are the answer to hot summer days! These adaptogenic popsicles are full of healthy fats, fresh cherries + Om CHAGA, which supports anti-aging and is packed with powerful antioxidants. They are the perfect mix of creamy + tart and are a definite crowd pleaser. Here’s to staying cool this summer!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 2-3 tablespoons raw local honey or maple syrup

  • 1 cup fresh cherries or raspberries

  • 1 tbsp Om Chaga Powder (or substitute any Om Mushroom Powder)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or hand blender, puree the raspberries or cherries until smooth and set aside.

  2. In a separate bowl whisk together the coconut milk and sugar.

  3. Combine berries and coconut milk mixture and stir until well swirled.

  4. Pour into popsicle mold, add sticks and freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.
