Recipe: Cranberry Sauce

Yield: 4 Servings

Special Diet: Gluten Free, Vegan



Ingredients:

  • 1 – 12 oz. bag of cranberries

  • 1 c. apple cider

  • 1 c. maple syrup

  • 1 t. cinnamon


Directions:

  1. Rinse cranberries and place in small pot.

  2. Pour cider, syrup, and cinnamon in pot. Stir to combine.

  3. Bring mixture to boil.

  4. Stir and turn heat to medium low.

  5. Cook 10-15 minutes until thickened.
