Recipe: DIGESTIVE SOOTHING SWITCHEL



(makes 8 servings)


Ingredients:

Fresh ginger root, about 2 inches, peeled and minced.

5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Juice of 1 lemon

4 tablespoons honey

4 cups water


Directions:

  1. Combine everything in a glass jar and shake well. Let sit overnight in the fridge.

  2. When ready to serve, use ¼ cup in each glass, add ¼ tsp Maple Digestive Bitters and top with sparkling water and ice. Serve with either lemon slices or candied ginger, and salute to your health!

  3. The switchel concentrate will keep for 2-3 days in fridge.
