Mamey Sapote: What is it, how to peel it, and recipes!

Mamey Sapote Smoothie


  • 1.5-2 cups Mamey, cut

  • 1.25 cups Coconut Milk

  • .25 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • .25 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder

  • 1 frozen banana OR 1 cup ice

  • Add sweetener as needed.


  1. Add to blender.

  2. Blend until mixed and frothy.

  3. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
