Recipe: Vegan Gluten Free S'Mores

Making S'mores as a child is an unforgettable experience- especially if those memories include roasting marshmallows over a campfire. For many years those on a Vegan or Gluten Free diet were excluded from this American summer tradition- until now!
Whether you are making S'mores over a stove, campfire, or other open flame or even making them in a microwave, have a fantastic time making them. And don't forget, the best part of making S'mores is sharing stories with, and enjoying the company of, good friends and family.

Ingredients
Open Flame Instructions:
  1. Place marshmallow on a long skewer.

  2. Carefully hold over flame until golden brown.

  3. On a plate, place two cookies.

  4. Stack marshmallow on top of cookie and then add a piece of pre-cut (or shaved) chocolate.

  5. Top with the second cookie.

  6. Enjoy!

Microwave Instructions:
  1. On a plate, place two cookies.

  2. Stack marshmallow on top of cookie and then add a piece of pre-cut (or shaved) chocolate.

  3. Top with the second cookie.

  4. Microwave for 5 seconds. Repeat 2-3 more times until chocolate melted and marshmallow warm and soft.

  5. Enjoy!
